The Challenge

Standing out in a crowded rental market

The Australian rental and build-to-rent market is competitive and consolidating fast. Prospective tenants have more options — and higher expectations — than ever. Property managers want partners who feel professional, reliable, and modern. Liveco needed a brand and website that could communicate clearly to both audiences.

Their brief called for something contemporary and approachable — not corporate, not generic. A brand that could sit comfortably alongside lifestyle photography, feel trustworthy in a leasing conversation, and function flawlessly as a digital property management and enquiry platform across all devices.

TDS DaaS started with brand strategy — defining how Liveco should be positioned relative to the broader accommodation market. We landed on a visual identity that was warm, residential, and lifestyle-forward: a colour palette that communicated comfort rather than corporate detachment, and typography that felt modern without being cold.

With the brand system established — including logo variants, colour standards, typography hierarchy, and photography direction — we moved directly into website design. The 13-page site was planned around two primary user journeys: the prospective tenant finding and enquiring about a property, and the property manager understanding Liveco's offer.

The build was performance-optimised and mobile-responsive from the ground up, with CMS integration allowing the Liveco team to manage property listings independently after handoff.
