TDS DaaS is a design studio with a real commercial model — a growing subscription client base, ambitious briefs, and a senior team that takes the craft seriously. We're building the leading Design as a Service practice in Australia, from Sydney and Ho Chi Minh City.
TDS works across brand identity, graphic design, motion, web, video, and photography — for clients spanning technology, financial services, professional services, and property. No specialising in one boring category for years.
Every account is run by a Creative Director. Designers at TDS work under senior creative leadership and have access to CD feedback on every project — a rarer development opportunity than most studios provide.
Subscription clients provide predictable revenue, which means predictable team stability. TDS doesn't hire for a pitch win and retrench after a campaign. The model is built for consistent growth.
Sydney and Ho Chi Minh City — both genuine creative cities with distinct design cultures. TDS team members work within an integrated international studio, not an isolated local office.
B2B growth-stage businesses are interesting clients. The problems are real, the stakes are commercial, and the work — brand identity, pitch decks, web, campaign — is the kind of design that moves businesses forward.
TDS has a defined seniority framework — Designer, Senior Designer, Creative Lead, Creative Director — with clear competency expectations at each level. Progression is based on demonstrated quality and capability, not tenure.
Our hiring is driven by quality — we move when we find people who are genuinely excellent. Below are the disciplines we are actively reviewing applications for.
Visual identity, brand systems, and marketing design for TDS's Australian and international client base. 4+ years experience. Figma and Adobe CC proficiency required. Strong portfolio of brand work essential.
Social video, brand animation, explainer video, and motion graphics for campaigns and digital channels. After Effects mastery essential. Cinema 4D or Blender advantageous. 3+ years experience in motion for digital channels.
Landing pages, website design, and digital experience design for B2B brands. Figma-native, understanding of web standards and responsive design. Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS) highly desirable.
Client-facing role managing TDS subscriptions — brief intake, project coordination, client communication, and delivery oversight. Background in design agency account management or creative project management preferred.
TDS hires on quality, not only against open positions. If you're a senior creative — Creative Director, senior brand designer, specialist in motion or web — and you believe your work is at the level TDS demands, we want to hear from you.
Send a General Application →Every TDS designer produces work that reaches senior Australian business clients. The bar is high and intentionally so.
Work that demonstrates genuine strategic and aesthetic intelligence — not templates dressed up, not trend-following for its own sake. We want to see brand problems solved thoughtfully and executed at a standard that could sit alongside the best Australian agency work.
Typography set with care, layouts with intentional hierarchy, colour applied with purpose. TDS deliverables are reviewed by a Creative Director before every client delivery — the production standard has to be there before review, not after.
Understanding that design serves business objectives. TDS designers know why an asset exists, who it's for, and what it needs to achieve — and those answers shape their creative decisions.
TDS runs to tight SLAs for subscription clients. That requires designers who deliver on time, communicate proactively when timelines are at risk, and operate without constant supervision.
Send your portfolio and a short note about the role you're interested in. We review every application and respond to those whose work meets our standard.
